Gebakken broccoli met linzen

Ingrediënten
Voor 2 personen

100 g rode linzen
200 g tomaten (grof)
1 el garam masala (kruidenmix)
200 ml water
zout naar smaak
peper naar smaak
1 1/2 handvol broccoli
1 stuk wortel


Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees on circulating air.

2. Peel and dice the carrot.

3. Put tomatoes, lentils, carrot and water in a baking dish and season with masala spice mix, salt and pepper to taste.

4. Cut off the broccoli florets and add to the casserole dish.

5. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
