First contact

Most of our sales partners come into contact with LR for the first time through our product solutions. As a customer, they are enthusiastic about the high-quality products. If customers want to share their experiences and recommend products to others, they can join as a sales partner by registering through another sales partner.


Entry

To promote our product solutions, individuals can choose from starter packages that include the products with which our most successful partners began their careers. However, the purchase of a starter package is not obligatory.


Induction

Our managers, who are sales partners leading teams, introduce new recruits to our business and earning model through so-called starter seminars.


Business development

Let's get started! With their favorite products and comprehensive sales skills, our sales partners are now inspiring their customers. This is when they generate their first income.


Further development

Sales partners who want to develop their business further can build up their own team by recruiting interested customers as team members. At this point, they are available to advise newcomers in training courses, webinars and seminars.


Full-time profession

The LR business can be pursued full-time, allowing individuals to earn their entire livelihood through our business model. This is typically the case starting from the "Silver Orga Leader" career level and beyond.


Career levels at LR

Successful sales partners reach the next career level by fulfilling criteria. They then benefit from higher incomes, better leasing conditions for vehicles and other incentives. Their success depends on their commitment and dedication – the more they invest, the greater the chance of a self-determined life. There are 16 career levels in total.

At LR, our sales partners are self-employed, but never alone. We attach great importance to supporting them at every stage of their career through seminars, webinars and individual coaching sessions. At exciting face-to-face events and digital meetings, our sales partners can exchange ideas with others and learn from their experiences. This helps them to develop themselves and their team.

We support our sales partners in building their business with the help of digital tools. Our web platform provides our sales partners with daily updated data that is personally tailored to them. In addition to information material on the LR business model, this also includes personal sales reports and bonus documents. Sales partners who are new to the LR business receive onboarding support through our app.
