To grow the business further, individuals can introduce others to our product solutions and recruit them into their sales team. The more successful the team becomes, in terms of product sales, the higher the individual monthly bonuses for team members will be.
The “Fast Track” gives our newcomers the necessary initial boost. If a sales partner reaches the “Junior Manager” career level within the first three months of joining, they qualify for the Fast Track bonus. If they confirm this title in the following month, they receive a guaranteed monthly income. This income increases as soon as he reaches the next higher career level in the Fast Track program.
With a bonus behind you, the LR business is even easier to plan. That's why we give all sales partners from the “Orgaleiter” career level upwards more tailwind for their business development with the “Business Track” bonus: if our sales partners meet the corresponding “Business Track” criteria, we pay them a guaranteed monthly income, whose amount depends on the respective career level.
