300 g noodles
1 tbsp. oil
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. flour
500 ml unsweetened vegetable milk
1 tbsp vegetable broth powder
3 tbsp. yeast flakes
salt and pepper to taste
chili flakes
vegan parmesan
basil and parsley
some lemon juice
1. cook pasta in salted water 'al dente'.
Sauté the onions and garlic, then stir in the flour.
3. add vegetable milk, vegetable broth powder and yeast flakes and stir in with a whisk.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and bring to the boil briefly until the sauce thickens a bit.
5. add the pasta and mix together.
6. Garnish with chili flakes, vegan parmesan, parsley and basil, if desired. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and enjoy!
