Crispy Zucchini Fries with Dip

Ingredients
For 2 persons
120 g flour (chickpea flour)
210 ml water
1 tsp each salt, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder
Pepper to taste
Other:
1 big courgette (or 2-3 normal ones)
115 g breadcrumbs
Dip:
3 tbsp vegan mayo (or yoghurt)
1 tbsp each sriracha, vinegar and agave syrup
1/2 tsp each garlic and onion powder
Preparation
1. Cut the courgettes into strips.
.2. Coat the courgettes with the prepared batter and breadcrumbs.
3. Bake the strips in a preheated oven at 215 degrees (upper-lower heat) for 30 minutes.
