Broccoli salad with pine nuts

Ingredients
For 2 persons

Broccoli in florets

1/2 bell pepper

1/2 apple

10 g pine nuts

some vegetable oil

some apple cider vinegar

1 tsp honey

1 tsp mustard

salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

1. chop vegetables and fruits and put them in a bowl.

2. add remaining ingredients and mix everything together.
