4 stalks of chicory
1 orange
60 g juice of one lemon
150 g yogurt
2 g trace of honey
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of sea salt
2 Tbsp. sunflower oil
2 Tbsp. almond flakes
100 g baguette
Clean chicory and cut into strips. Divide peeled orange into wedges, cut the peel into thin strips. Combine yogurt, lemon juice, trace of honey, sea salt, black pepper, and oil, mix into a dressing and gently stir in ingredients. Sprinkle with a little bit of orange peel.
Roast almonds flakes gently without oil and sprinkle over the salad.
Serve the salad with baguette.

For higher energy needs, allow for 50 g more baguette. The salad can also be enriched with 40 g sliced or hard cheese.
