Ingredients
For 2 persons
12 tbsp (70 g) LR FIGUACTIVE Crusty Raspberry Flakes
460 ml soy drink
60 g chia seeds
Preparation
1. Mix the flakes and chia seeds with the soy drink.
2. Cover the mixture and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
3. The next morning, the over night oats can be consumed.

Tip: Add toppings as desired (e.g., slivered almonds, nutmeats, fresh fruit).
