20 g butter
15 g Whole-grain flour
approx. 200 ml milk, 1.5%
approx. 40 ml cream
2 tsp. vegetable broth (instant)
¼ ml water
1 banana
1 tsp. curry powder
50 g peas (frozen)
2 whole-grain rolls
Heat butter in a saucepan, add flour and whisk together. Slowly add water, milk, and cream in small portions and constantly stir until smooth. Pour in vegetable broth to dissolve and let cook for 5 minutes. Mash banana with a fork, mix with the curry powder, and add to the soup. Add thawed peas and add allow to stand for 5 min.
Extra tip*
The soup can have more calories when the water and low fat milk are replaced by whole milk.
