250 ml buttermilk
75 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
5 Tbsp. sour cream
salt
pepper
3 cloves of garlic
30 g juice of half a lemon
½ Tbsp. olive oil
½ cucumber
some parsley
200 g pita bread
Stir buttermilk together with yoghurt and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and lemon juice. Thoroughly wash and finely grate the cucumber. Combine with buttermilk mixture and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Briefly heat up the flatbread and serve warm with salad.

For increased energy needs, fill the pita bread with some feta cheese.
