1/2 flatbread
1 large tomato
1-2 spring onions
50 g iceberg lettuce
50 g cucumber
150 g turkey breast (precooked)
100 g whole milk yogurt
15 g herb mixture, refrigerated
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt
2 pinches of dried chili
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
Wash and chop tomato, spring onion, and cucumber. Wash and chop iceberg lettuce.
Add yogurt to a bowl and stir together with herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, and olive oil until creamy.
Briefly warm flatbread in the oven, slice and add spread as desired. Sprinkle with dried chili pepper to taste.
Tip: raw gherkins taste especially aromatic.
