Ingredients
For 2 persons

100 g tofu (natural)

1 tbsp soy sauce (without additives)

400 g Asian vegetables (frozen)

2 tsp oil (your choice)

1 ginger (small)

1 clove of garlic

100 g shirataki noodles (Asian shop)

15 g peanuts

Salt to taste

Pepper to tastenori leaf


Preparation

1. Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce.

2. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Fry the tofu in a pan with a little oil for 5 minutes.

4. Add wok vegetables, garlic and ginger and fry for another 3 minutes, adding a little water if necessary.

5. Add noodles and peanuts to the pan and season with crushed nori leaves, salt and pepper.
