Vegan Burger with Lentil Patty

Ingredients
For 2 persons

200 g canned lentils

300 g potatoes

2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs

2 tbsp olive oil

fresh parsley (chopped)

1/2 red onion (chopped)

1 tsp red peppers (hot)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp rosemary

1 tsp salt


Preparation

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them for 10 minutes.

2. Mix and mash potatoes and lentils.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

4. Form patties and fry in a pan with a little oil on both sides.
