Ingredients
For 2 persons
2 lemons (organic)
1 can coconut milk
30 g plant based protein powder (e.g. vanilla)
2 tsp almond paste
Lemon zest as topping
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
2. Place in moulds.
3. Top with lemon zest and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
