Ingredients
For 2 persons
2 courgettes
2 onions
120 g chickpea flour
50 g corn semolina (polenta)
2 tsp olive oil
200 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Fresh basil
1 tsp yeast flakes
Preparation
1. Thinly slice the onion and courgette and fry for 10-15 minutes.
2. Mix flour, polenta and olive oil and add water until the consistency becomes creamy.
3. Add the fried vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with yeast flakes and basil.
5. Pour the mixture into a mould and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
