Salmon and Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients
For 2 persons

4 slices of whole grain bread

4 tomatoes

4 small slices of smoked salmon

1 pinch of freshly ground pepper

1 pack watercress

300 g mixed seasonal fruit


Preparation

Toast bread, wash tomatoes and remove stalks, cut into thin slices and place on the bread, add the salmon slices and sprinkle with pepper and watercress.

Wash and cut fruit and arrange on a plate for dessert.


Extra tip*

For higher energy needs, spread cream cheese on bread (e.g. season with pepper).
