50 g lean cured ham
2-3 sprigs savory
1 clove of garlic
500 ml spring water
1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 bouillon cube
250 g green beans
200 g whole wheat pasta (linguine)
100 g feta cheese
1 pinch of iodized salt for pasta water
Cut ham into fine strips. Remove leaves from savory and chop finely. Peel and press garlic cloves and sauté everything in oil. Add water and bring to a boil, add bouillon cube to dissolve. Clean green beans, wash, and cut into approximately 5 cm long pieces, add, and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Add linguine and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Place everything in a bowl and allow to cool slightly. Cut feta cheese into small cubes and combine. Serve lukewarm.
