Protein Rice Pudding

Ingredients
For 2 persons

450 ml milk 3.5% fat

100 g round-grain rice/milk rice

50 g Protein Power Drink Powder, 5 tbsp. of Protein Power Drink Powder

200 g applesauce

Optionally cinnamon

Salt


Preparation

1. Boil rice according to instructions on the package. Shortly before finishing boiling add Protein Power Drink Powder and stir until smooth.

2. Top the rice pudding with cinnamon and applesauce and enjoy.


Tip: For a particularly aromatic and very filling dish, we recommend to replace rice with the same amount of beta glucan barley. Beta glucan barley is available online as “Gerstoni” (in Germany). Moreover, the fibre content then increases significantly.

Also delicious when prepared with millet.


Extra tip*

For persons who require or prefer more calories, we recommend to top the salad with a handful (ca. 30 g) of walnuts.
