Ingredients
For 2 persons

250 g drained sour cherries

200 g low-fat curd

100 g mascarpone

20 ml lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)

10 g vanilla sugar (1 sachet)

40 g Figuactiv Weight Control Flakes Crunchy Cranberry

20 g walnuts


Preparation

1. Drain sour cherries and place with some liquid into casserole.

2. Mix low-fat curd with mascarpone and add vanilla sugar. Fold in lemon juice and Figuactiv Weight Control Flakes Crunchy Cranberry. Place the cream as second layer over cherries.

3. Top with coarsely chopped walnuts and enjoy.

Tip: Very decorative if served in a small glass as double layer.

Variant: Cherries can also be replaced by using fresh seasonal fruits.
