Lentil Wraps

Ingredients
For 2 persons
250 g red lentils, dry
400 ml water
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Preparation
1. Pour double the amount of water over the dry red lentils in a large bowl and leave to soak for 3 hours.
2. Sieve the lentils and rinse with cold water.
3. Put the lentils in a blender with some water and season with salt.
4. Place a ladle of the dough in a non-stick frying pan with a little oil and spread it out in a circular motion.
5. Fry briefly on both sides.
