1-2 bunch of red radishes
2 salad radishes (white and red
½ iceberg lettuce
3 Tbsp. kefir
juice of half a lemon
1 tsp. mustard
4 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 pinch of cane sugar
yeast extract
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. walnuts
1 Tbsp. cashews
2 salted pretzels
Clean salad radishes, cut into quarters, peel other radishes and cut into thin sticks. Prepare iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. Prepare marinade from kefir, lemon juice, mustard, oil, sugar, and yeast extract. Combine with red radishes, salad radish, and lettuce mix, add sesame seeds, walnuts, and cashews and marinate for approximately ten minutes.
Remove visible salt from pretzels and serve with the fresh fare.

A whole-grain semolina pudding with fruit works well for dessert.
