Green Rice Mixed

Ingredients
for 2 persons

1 tbsp rapeseed oil

1 broccoli

200 g oyster mushroom (raw)

Basil (fresh) to taste

Some vegetable broth

2 tbsp of soy sauce (without additives)

200 g peas (frozen)

100 g rice


Preparation

1. Cook the rice in a little water and season with vegetable broth.

2. Cut the oyster mushrooms into strips and fry them in a pan with a little oil.

3. Add the broccoli cut into florets and the peas.

4. Mix the vegetables and rice and season to taste with pepper, salt, basil and a little soy sauce.
