Oats and Fresh Grain Muesli

Ingredients
for 2 persons

100 g rolled oats

300 g plain yogurt 1.5% fat

25 g walnuts

2 apples (medium size)

20 g honey


Preparation

Mix together oats and yogurt in a bowl. Wash, core, and grate the apples. Chop the walnuts coarsely and toast briefly without oil in a pan, allow to cool. Season muesli to taste with honey, stir in the walnuts.

Tip: The muesli tastes best if you let the oats stand overnight in yogurt (refrigerator). The muesli can also be enhanced with cinnamon.
