Crispy Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
For 2 persons
100 g red lentils
1/2 cauliflower
200 g tomatoes (chunky)
1 tbsp garam masala (spice mix)
200 ml water
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (circulating air).
2. Put the tomatoes in a baking dish with the lentils and water and season with the masala seasoning, salt and pepper.
3. Place the cauliflower cut side down in the baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
