Baked Broccoli with Lentils

Ingredients
For 2 persons

100 g red lentils

200 g tomatoes (chunky)

1 tbsp garam masala (spice mix)

200 ml water

salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 handful broccoli

1 piece of carrot


Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees on circulating air.

2. Peel and dice the carrot.

3. Put tomatoes, lentils, carrot and water in a baking dish and season with masala spice mix, salt and pepper to taste.

4. Cut off the broccoli florets and add to the casserole dish.

5. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
