Crispy Hummus Toast

Ingredients
For 2 persons

Slices of bread or toast

Handful of cherry tomatoes

2 handfuls of mushrooms

Soy sauce

3-4 hands full of spinach

2 onions (chopped)

3 cloves of garlic (chopped)

Hummus

Olive oil


Preparation

1. Chop the onions and garlic.

2. Fry mushrooms, half of the onions and half of the garlic in a pan with a little oil.

3. In a second pan, sauté the onions and spinach and season with salt and pepper.

4. Fry the remaining garlic with the cherry tomatoes in a third pan.

5. Brush the bread with a little olive oil and toast in a frying pan.

6. Spread the hummus on the toast and top with the ingredients.
